Our hydrated lime runs from 88-90% Ca(OH)2 in the economy construction grade up to 95-96.5% in the special 400 mesh grade, and 95-100.5% in the ultra-pure food and sugar refining grade. A batch-specific Certificate of Analysis accompanies every shipment.

Yes. Our Ultra-Pure grade is produced to food and sugar-refining purity limits with controlled heavy metals: arsenic and lead each below 2 mg/kg, total heavy metals as lead below 10 mg/kg, acid insolubles below 0.10% and sieve residue on 325 mesh below 0.40%.

For municipal and industrial water treatment we recommend the Special 400 mesh grade. Its fineness gives rapid dispersion and a high reactive surface area, so less product is needed for the same pH correction, and it leaves minimal grit in dosing equipment.

20-25 kg bags or 1 MT jumbo bags, palletised and shrink-wrapped on request. Because hydrated lime is hygroscopic we recommend moisture-proof PE-lined bags for humid destinations and long sea transit.
